As controversial as the September issue of Vanity Fair may seem, *with Gaga posing nude and all...*, I was actually more excited about its unveiling of the 2010 International Best-Dressed List. For several reasons, you will never know who is going to make the cut. This list honors self-expression and boldness rather than trends and cliches. From models to European royalty, the following line up is pretty quirky I must say.
Carey Mulligan. Personally, I adore her fashion choices very much. *and that accent... so cute!*
Now who can forget Michelle Obama at her hubby's Inaugural Ball?

The ever chic Carla Bruni-Sarkozy, First Lady of France.
Martin Scorsese made the list! Along with his signature caterpillars!
Hip-hop royalty, Pharrell Williams.
