Ever since I got back home from college, I've been working really hard to get back in shape. I've devoted my time to work out 4-5 times a week. From running to swimming, I'm trying different kinds of workout each time because I'm the kind of person that gets bored of the same exercise regime fairly easily. As for my diet plan, I'm cutting down on my carbohydrate intake while increasing my daily intake of protein and fiber. My current weight is 48kg / 105.6 lbs, which is considered quite heavy since I'm only 4 feet and 10 inches. My weight goal = 45kg before the start of the new semester!
