I Heart Andrew Garfield!!!

I just watched The Amazing Spider Man yesterday, and it was indeed AMAZING!!! Mostly because Andrew Garfield is in it! I've been having a massive crush on Andrew ever since I first saw him in The Social Network.

Another reason why I love the new spidey flick is because I get to see a new side of Andrew that I've never seen before, his irresistible goofy side! He can be so funny in some scene! My favorite scene is where he enters a room and flash his wide goofy grin, so cute!!! ahhh... my heart melts!!! *giggles* Oh how I wish I could be Emma Stone for at least a day!

Fifty Shades

Sorry for being MIA lately, been caught up with a lot of stuff lately. I've just started reading the Fifty Shades of Grey Trilogy after hearing that Hollywood's gonna make a movie out of it. I'm halfway through the second book now, I can't put these books down! Totally beguiled by them!

In my opinion, if Ryan Gosling, Rob Pattinson, and Michael Fassbender got together and have a baby, it would be perfect for the role of Christian Grey (the male lead in the trilogy)! According to the books, Christian Grey is an Adonis-like creature, terribly gorgeous with an equally dark soul, a mercurial mystery man that's every girl's dream (in a fucked up and twisted way).

I Want Candy!

I get sick of the same nail color really fast, which is why I tend to change them quite frequently. I decided to ditch studying for my final exams for a while to do my nails.

Stop reading if you planned on watching Harry Potter but haven't yet!

I went to watch the final installment of Harry Potter with my friends today. The movie is great on its own, but if you compared to the book, then its not so great anymore.As one of JK Rowling's loyal follower, I find that the film did not do the book justice. My expectation was quite high as I actually really like Part 1 of HP7. The biggest disappointment for me was the fact that Harry didn't unite all three of the deathly hallows in the fighting scene with Voldemort. In addition, the concept of the elder wand was a little bit distorted from the book as well.

My immediate reaction after standing up from my seat and walking out of the cinema was a feeling of emptiness inside of me. The saga is now over but I really don't want it to end! Think its time for a new hobby.

I Have a Crush on Andrew Garfield!

If you're a regular reader of my blog, you'll know that I don't normally blog about hot guys, because I don't get crushes on celebrities as often as I should have. In my opinion, falling for actors is an affair that is not worth pursuing, no matter how hot they look. Our feelings for them will never be reciprocated.

However, things changed after watching The Social Network.

I fell for Andrew Garfield while watching this movie! He is so damn HOTTTTT!!! Everything about him is sexy; from the way he dressed, to the way he talks, and even when he gets angry at the lead actor, Jesse Eisenberg! He's slated to become the next Spiderman in an upcoming production. Can't wait to see him in his skin tight spidey outfit! *do excuse me for this brief moment of insanity!* ;)

Burlesque!

I'm totally excited about Christina Aguilera's new project, a movie musical entitled Burlesque. The movie also features Cher, Cam Gigandet, Kristen Bell and Eric Dane. There's a lot of concern whether Burlesque would end up like Mariah Carey's flopped Glitter. But I will still watch it nevertheless. The trailer blew me away! What about you? Will you give this movie a chance?

I totally forgot that Christina had this big old voice until I watched this trailer. At first, when I heard that Christina is going to star in a cabaret movie, honestly, I was expecting a lady marmalade deja vu. But based on the trailer, it seems like it's going to be more tasteful than lady marmalade.

What I really want to blog about today is Christina's hair in the movie! She looks adorable and more youthful with bangs and curls at the ends.

I'm not sure when it is going to hit theaters though... I can't wait!

TwiHARD... Eclipse!

Yesterday was my last day for the semester, finals would be on Monday! *creeps!*

Anyway, watched a movie with my friends after class! Eclipse! After that, we had a lot of fun shopping for nail polish!

According to one of my friends, it was as if an anti-twilight movement was going to watch the movie! Don't get me wrong, we are all fans of the book, not sure whether I can say the same for the movie franchise though...

Most of us were giggling when shirtless Taylor Lautner appears! *besides me!*

Their acting were a little bit choppy I have to say...

In my opinion, Kristen Stewart should polish her acting abilities more.

Despite her acting chops *or lack there of*, Kristen Stewart is definitely shinning in the fashion department! I was impressed with her style throughout her appearances for Eclipse promotional tour. Even though she had a stylist to help her out but I'm still impressed with her. Her I-don't-care attitudes towards fashion is definitely grabbing the attention of fashionistas worldwide.

In L.A's premiere of Eclipse, I was glad to see a softer side of Kristen for once. The white embellished Elie Saab with the nude stilettos look really feminine and sexy and still has the edgy element that Kristen is known for. With the hair all pulled back, it makes her look even more chic!

I love this Helmut Lang tank dress! It's sexy yet laid back at the same time. Honestly, I think the color of the dress washes her out a bit cuz of her pale skin, but her auburn hair really makes up for it! And as for her shoes, I would have chosen something else rather than white though. *ooh... gun metal platforms would be nice!*

Finally! Kristen looks like she's actually comfortable on the red carpet for once! She looks like a glamazon in this gun metal Oscar de la Renta mini.

I know today's post is supposed to be all about Kristen Stewart, but Ashley Greene is part of twilight too! She looks phenomenal in this Isaac Mizraahi minidress. From her slicked-back hair, to the earrings and black pumps, she is definitely rocking this edgy look! Kristen will look great in this outfit too!

The mixed-metal tone of the dress reminds me of a Marchesa dress from way back. It was sooo fabulous that it appeared several times on the pages of tabloids!

Heidi Klum, Georgina Chapman, Hilary Duff and Miley Cyrus all appeared in the dress! Couldn't blame them though, that dress is HOT!

Now back to Kristen.

Speaking of Marchesa, this ruffled assymetrical dress looks great on K-stew. I wasn't expecting this from her though, it looked so soft and romantic!

This is perhaps one of my favorite look of Kristen so far! She look so girly in this J.Mendel in Rome! Her effortlessly soft tresses and minimal makeup look very casual with the dress. I love the layered tweed at the bottom of the dress! Who knew tweed can look so girly?

The September Issue

It's the 2nd day of my semester break here in SUC,

I was suppose to be on a flight back to Limbang,

but instead I'm stuck here in my hostel due to the fact that I had to attend a scholarship award ceremony this coming saturday,

I had no choice but to postpone my flight till sunday. *sheesh!*

On the bright side,

I finally have time to watch this movie/documentary that I've been dying to see, it's called:

THE SEPTEMBER ISSUE captures the behind-the-scene drama that follows the making of Vogue's 2007 September issue that features Sienna Miller on the cover.

F.Y.I, the dress Sienna wore was by Marchesa.

(The documentary was actually released years ago,

I just couldn't find the time to watch it!)

I'm lovin' it as it not only give the public an inside look at the fabulous life of the high priest of fashion, Anna Wintor, but it also showcase the craziness that was involved in preparing the fashion bible that is, Vogue Magazine.

I strongly recommend this movie/documentary to all you fashionistas out there!
