Alec Baldwin... Best dressed?

As controversial as the September issue of Vanity Fair may seem, *with Gaga posing nude and all...*, I was actually more excited about its unveiling of the 2010 International Best-Dressed List. For several reasons, you will never know who is going to make the cut. This list honors self-expression and boldness rather than trends and cliches. From models to European royalty, the following line up is pretty quirky I must say.

Carey Mulligan. Personally, I adore her fashion choices very much. *and that accent... so cute!*

Now who can forget Michelle Obama at her hubby's Inaugural Ball?

The ever chic Carla Bruni-Sarkozy, First Lady of France.

Martin Scorsese made the list! Along with his signature caterpillars!

Hip-hop royalty, Pharrell Williams.

Creative director of Lanvin, Alber Elbaz with his cute little bow tie.

The angelic Georgina Chapman.

Duchess of Alba, proving that you can look fabulous at any age.

And of course, the always sensational Lady Gaga.

For the full list, check out Vanity Fair's website.
